wide-ranged knowledge of industries and business issues, and distinctive project management
know-how. The second layer surrounding the center core is a talent pool of Prime consultants who
manage projects tapping into the core. The third layer outside the second one is another talent pool
of Associate consultants who are project member candidates. All consultants have experience
working for top-tier strategic consulting firms, such as McKinsey & Company, The Boston Consulting
Group, Booz & Company, and Monitor Group. Leveraging these high quality consultant resources and
