Business Architect, Inc. was founded as an affiliated company of Gemini Consulting Japan in December 2000 in order to lead the strategic consulting sector in Japan and with the aim of creating a better corporate business model which would have a significant impact on society. When Gemini Consulting had been discussing a merger with Booz/Allen/Hamilton, now Booz & Company, Business Architect went independent from Gemini Consulting when Yasufumi Utsumi, the present CEO, purchased all stocks of the company.
Currently Business Architect is providing leading companies with differentiated strategic values as an independent management consulting firm.
